Clinical pilates group -Two clients with the physiotherapist, allows the physio to spend time with the client still requiring some facilitation with their program.
This class consists of an all over body workout to mobilise your spine, strengthen your core, gluteals, pelvis and pelvis. You will need a therabands at home for this class (availble at clinic).
This class is for those who like to be pushed. To join this group you need to have no acute /irritable injuries that you are managing currently (especially back and neck).
