This class consists of an all over body workout to mobilise your spine, strengthen your core, gluteals, pelvis and pelvis.
This class is for those who like to be pushed. The class has higher challenge options and as its 45min it is non-stop.
This is a "get moving" class specfically for those who are getting neck, shoulder and upper back tension due to working at a computer and posture. Includes mobility, stretches & postural strengthening

Online exercise group run by physio's specifically designed to maintaining strength and fitness during pregnancy. You will need a fitball, resistance bands and a mat.
Online class designed for Mums, exercises specific to where you are at postnatally, combines some cardio, abdominal and core strength and general conditioning.
This class incorporates the foam roller and has an emphasis on full movement and stretches combined with postural muscle activation.
This 45min class will incorporate mobilisation work, balance and stability and strength using the foam roller.
This FREE online exercise group is for clients who want to maintain their balance and functional strength. The class is done in standing or sitting on a sturdy chair (ie no mat work).

Clinical pilates group -Two clients with the physiotherapist, allows the physio to spend time with the client still requiring some facilitation with their program.
Clinical pilates group -Four clients with physiotherapist. Clients have their own individually designed program, the physio provides supervision and progression of exercises.
Clinical pilates groups, in which babies (that are not on the move) may attend. Olders babies may attend if they remain in the pram due to safety. Clients have their own program. Various group sizes.
